Shipping & Returns
UK
All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for. Orders placed over the weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Once the order has been shipped you will receive shipment confirmation.
For EU & International
All orders will be sent via DHL International Tracked. Please note a customs duty will be charged depending on which country the order is being shipping to. Please note Genevieve Jewellery is not liable for any customs charges of any sort. The shipping provider will contact you once your items have reached customs - once payment has been made the items will be processed and released.
Returns
We offer a 10 day full refund policy from the arrival date of the item(s). The items must be unworn and in the original packaging/condition. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged.
Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping costs when returning items. We recommend returning items via a tracked shipping service of your choice. Genevieve Jewellery is not liable for shipping loss or damage. Shipping costs from the initial purchase will not be refunded.
In order to process a return please email gen@genevievejewellery.com with your order number. All returns must be approved via email. Once we have received the item back and the request has been approved you will receive a refund via the original payment method.
Made-to-order items are exempt from returns.
